What’s your return policy?

Since our clients custom work  is proofed with them and the client signs off on the final work, returns have never come up for us. If there is ever a situation that arises about the product, it is addressed before it goes out the door.


Do you work with artists out of town?

We do but we will not print from files that are sent to us unless they are professionally shot or created as digital artwork to printing specifications. A proof must be made, mailed and approved to move forward.


Do you have customer service?

Just leave us an e-mail message and we can get back to you. We respect serious deadlines and in those cases a quick call to our studio number is best. Staff is normally in production and sometimes can not immediately respond. Your inquiry will be responded to as soon as possible.
